When you know of an upcoming vacancy, we put it on our schedule so the day the tenant moves out we can get started. We begin by completing a comprehensive move-out inspection, to see what work needs to be done. 

We coordinate all the work that needs to occur. The sequence of the cleaning and entire turnover service is carefully thought out so when we turn the unit back to you it is spotless and move-in ready.

In the meantime, you focus on finding the next tenant and leasing the unit. 

We know how important the "first impression" is for new tenants moving in, so before we return the unit back to you, it is inspected by our quality manager to ensure the work performed is up to our standards. We are obsessed with quality, so if there is ever a concern about the work performed, we are happy to come back and resolve it at no additional charge.

Once we are done, we send you the 60-point checklist and inspection sheet that is filled out by our team for your records.
